Lightbulb typically for acne

Zinc, niacin and folic acid are used.

My son had over 90% clearing with flax oil. This omega-3 fatty acid is typically deficient in most people these days.

There is a product made for acne called Nicomide.
It is an RX product some dermatologists prescribe.

These ingredients are available separately without a prescription.
Nicotinamide is a non flush niacin.

I don't have any experience with high dose Vitamin B5, sorry.
(I do not see dermatologists using this either).

There are no papers except of one in 1995 about this subject on PubMed.
So I don't think there is much medical support for Vit B5 at this time.
Deficiencies of this vitamin are not common, since it is present in so many foods.
