Lightbulb I would get a good whey protein

and make a shake a day with yogurt and fresh fruit. Use the scoop that is provided for one serving.

You will get more aminos with less cost that way.

The Jarrow ones are very good. (like the example I gave you in the other thread.)
Choose one that lists how much of each is on the label.

If you have low stomach acid, or use acid blocking drugs for a long time, you cannot break out amino acids from the protein you eat. So then they don't get absorbed.

Whey protein is predigested, so acid problems (lack of) do not impact the absorption.
