I'm sorry to hear about the infiltration into your lymphs, and the tumour marker elevation. No wonder you're worried.

I don't know much about carcinoid but I did look it up after reading your post. If having bowel cancer can ever be classed as lucky, then I guess I'm lucky in that mine was caught early, and there was no infiltration.

I had an MS relapse following the hemicolectomy, but then it was a big operation, and bound to knock my body around. I'm doing fine at the moment, and I thank you for asking.
