Hi,nice to meet you.
My husband has ALS and feels hot all the time as well.He doesn't sweat just "feels" as though he is warm and does not like blankets even when he sleeps.
Other Pals, have reported chills and feeling cold all the time.
I want to make sure though you are not refering to a fever. As if you are you may want to see a doc.When Gary feels warm his body temperature is normal. Actually in his case he usually runs around 98.1 instead of 98.6.
