I plan to:
NOT try to spend more time with friends and family (I have a tendency to over-commit and I'm tired of feeling guilty when I explain to people that I need solitary down time)
NOT drink less (wine is good and I drink not too much and not too little)
NOT rejoin the gym (I'll just keep walking, dancing and gardening ...and that's F-I-N-E-)
