Have you tried sleeping in other positions?
I get that numbness when I get up from my lazyboy, or from laying in certain positions. I have to lay poker straight, with one very low pillow, or my limbs will go numb (pins and needles feeling).
Does it affect both of your arms, and legs, and is it the entire leg (or just part)?
