Thanks. I need to have others to talk to when I'm down. Someone to high five with when I've lost.

My husband supports me ALWAYS, when I try to lose. He was there with me all the way when I lost 50 lbs 4 yrs ago. He always helps me stay on track. Yet, it has gotten harder for me to TRY. When I don't see results, I tend to give up easy anymore.

I think it will be easier with having you guys to help me.
I sooooo don't want to have to go on meds for my blood pressure.
