Hi everyone.

Along with my other TN symptoms (atypical), my pain increases as I exercise or my heart rate increases.
As time has gone by I am not unable to do any "intentional exercise" without causing quite a flare up.

Even going up a set of stairs gets it going now. Or even having a "lively discussion" will do it.

Wondering if anyone else experiences this? How did you manage it?
