Default Formaldehyde spot test kit

Has anyone used this test kit?

It is available from prestige publishing

"The Formaldehyde Spot Test is a colorimetric test to determine whether you have too many objects in your home or office environments that out gas formaldehyde. Formaldehyde sensitivity can begin in anyone at any time. It masquerades as a variety of undiagnosable symptoms. And if you do not have the correct diagnosis, then medications will most likely be resorted to for symptom control. But adding another chemical to the body of one who is already over burdened by his attempts at chemical detoxification, can make the sick get sicker, quicker.

One kit tests over a hundred objects in your environment. You merely put a drop of the solution on papers, furnishings, carpet, mattresses, wallboard, clothes, textiles, draperies, or just sitting on the glass slide to measure ambient air. If it turns dark purple, it has picked up over 10 ppm (parts per million) of formaldehyde and is an object that is contributing to your total load. That amount of formaldehyde emission is putting a strain on the body's detoxification pathways. And if they are strained, then the ability to detoxify everyday chemicals that can cause the genetic changes that initiate cancer and other diseases, can occur more readily."
