Don't feel guilty! Disclose whatever you're comfortable with, to whomever you're comfortable telling.
It is funny, before I was dx'd, I had heard of MS, but didn't know of anyone personally who had it. It's kinda like buying a car. Buy a blue Honda, and suddenly all you're seeing is blue Hondas.. . Once I was dx'd, they all came out of the woodwork..Same principle. Just a theory.
