I am glad for you that you have been up to exercising...
Great job!
They say it is so beneficial for us both mentally and physically, yet why is it so hard for me to exercise?
This is the last 2 days of my vacation....meeting a girl friend for lunch at IHOP, I love their swedish pancakes.
Thank you for the post of emotional responcibility I like that web sight a lot. Not only are we accountable for our actions but also our emotions.
have a great day and don't work too hard cleaning...it feels good to clean as a team, at least it does at this house hold.
