Frank, when is spring coming? this weather is for the birds...not humans...

DH and I are back on South Beach...or close to it...going to Hawaii in 10 weeks, and the way we look, people are going to point us out as beached whales... I'm sick to death of sweets and wine anyway...and I need to take care of myself...but the South Beach diet is so hard the first two weeks...and after perusing the Swank Diet for MSers, it doesn't sound very healthy for me...so I'm just going to really watch what I eat, and watch how much. Also need to get out and work out every day...been really lazy about that.
