Do start out with a neurologist if these are your first experiences with a foggy head & dizziness, followed by anxiety. There are other possible illnesses which they may fall under. Seizures (simple partial or complex partial) are the ones that jump to my mind, but I am biased.

no its anxiety attacks i know it i had a ct scan and they found nothing,nothing at all but i always heard that sometimes with pcs damage wouldn't be showed as is what my doctor told me also i think its been just moderate brain trauma and stepping in the ring sets it back every time
