Barb, you'll feel much better about your future if you go ahead and get it taken care of. My main objective for it was to spare my children the hassle of trying to do things without a will and without a POA. My circumstances are a little different because of Tim's early death.....and I know what I went through due to no will and nothing put in writing (legally). Trust me.....it's a nightmare unless you've got your ducks in a row.
Everyone should think about this. It's not really morbid. It's just planning ahead and thinking about those who will still be here. I look at it as still having the last word even though I won't be physically able to!!
