You should see the patties that I just cooked. Oh my god, the colors. I garted some carrots, then I stir-fried my sprouts, then I put everything in my food processor, added some egg substitute and no salt breadcrumbs and made patties. Then I just put a bit of canola oil, cook em up and drain WELL!!!!

The colors of these patties is amazing. Looks like they are full of vitamins and minerals (at least this is how I look at them).

For Alan, when I serve them, I add some Ken's sodium free ginger and sesame marinade.

He goes through the roof. But then, he ALWAYS goes through the roof when I serve him anything.

he's soooo easy to please.
