Okay, hope my 15 years making disabilty determinations will help you answer your questions.
Most disability pensions require you to file for disability. If you don't show up to your hearing you will be denied for failure to cooperate. That may affect your disability pension. You might want to call them and find out. If you are denied, thay may tell you that you need to file an appeal. You need to read the fine print of your disability pension.
I think a notarized statement from you to Binder and Binder will get you out of them representing you. Again, go back and read what you signed up with them.
