Sorry you are having such a time finding a good PM Doc. I've read really good comments about Cleveland Clinic and RSD Docs there on this forum. Just in the past month or so. I hope someone responds with a name or two. It's late or I'd look tonight back on some of the last month's threads. Tomorrow should have some time.
