When you make a new post to a thread, it "bumps" it back to the top of the page. Makes it the first thread.

You can do this with old posts that are on other pages, besides page 1. Like Alffe did.

At the very bottom of the regular page of SOS, you wil see where it says page 1 and little boxes of numbers. That is where the older threads are.
