y concern is that if this is a lifetime disabilty you could not refile if there are no longer enough quaters. My son was in a similar situation on W/C and when he filed they found that he was not disabled in 2004, he is now...but he does not anylonger have any quarters.
So it was ruled against him.
IF you are goin to need SSDI in the future maybe you can work out with Binder and Binder that you will not show up unless they waive the attorneys 30%.....
Does your attorney have alternatives to straighten this out in your best interest NOT HIS?
