Foam earplugs are my friends!

I wear them on planes and in restaurants.

I don't like to work (at my job) with music in the background. I'll listen to music at home, though.

I can only focus on ONE THING AT A TIME!!! If you want me to listen to what you have to say, then you'd better mute that TV or radio!
