I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through; I think it's wonderful what you have done, and are doing, for your brother, you're obviously a very caring person.

I think perhaps you should visit your doc - sounds like the medication balance needs adjusting. What meds are you on currently? Even small adjustments can make quite a difference...and can help with the depression too. Best to talk it over with your doc, see what he can do for you - specially for the depression. I do hope you feel better soon,
