I don't believe I could ever do the exercises they show using the bands. Any PT I have gone to has wanted me to use those and it gives me major flare ups. NO resitances bands. It's why I don't go to PT anymore.
I was looking more at just wearing a few minutes a day to help open up the chest. My posture stinks and I know its alot to blame for my TOS.
I have a friend that has one. Her chiopractor recommended it. She has buldging discs.
