Yeah, it's probably for other people.

I use this BackMagic adjustable stretching device $24.95. It opens up my pecs. I do some exercises with my arms, stretches while I'm laying on it. I've got the URL saved on a page I done "51 Tips for Tosers" if you can find that.

You might need to look for a PT person that does myofascial release and
E-Stim. There are differences in therapist and techniques. If you've got insurance, find a therapist that helps your conditions.

Yoga also helps posture, even if you can't do it all, work on a few poses/stretches that helps posture.

I also used Kinesio Tape of posture.

Hope you find some relief some way.

I was looking more at just wearing a few minutes a day to help open up the chest. My posture stinks and I know its alot to blame for my TOS.

I have a friend that has one. Her chiopractor recommended it. She has buldging discs.
