I am a caregiver for a friend with HD for whom I provide supplements for managing his condition. I once did the same for a friend with ALS. In my research of the literature, I have come to the conclusion that protein mis-folding cascades underlie a number of neurodegenerative diseases including AD, PD, ALS and HD.
