No two of us really exhibit the same sx, but there are some common traits that we all can relate to. These multi-sx you describe....do not sound typical of PN. Mrs D's explanation is one that almost all off us beyond the age of #@$*  are familiar with. Maybe the 'rheumy' will have a different 'take', but I'd follow your neuro's dx of TN and pursue that route.
