I'm sorry that you are having these side-effects and really hope you start feeling better soon!!

I was on Lyrica and I also had a similar problem to you. Every time I stood up, I would feel as though I was going to collapse and fall over and I also had some pretty severe shortness of breathe and chest pains.

I spoke to my Doctor about it straight away as I really didn't feel well and he checked my blood-pressure and said it was REALLY high and took me off it straight away!! Thankfully, once I weaned down from the Lyrica, the side-effects went away but I still feel pretty dizzy at times now ... my Doct believes that RSD affects blood pressure and that is why I am feeling so bad at times still.

I hope you feel better soon and I would definitely speak to your doctor about it and see what he/she says.
