Yes that's what happened here too. Salt wasn't doing any good. Wouldn't melt. Plus when we had the blizzard conditions earlier this week, it just blew the salt off anyway. SO many awful traffic accidents this past week.

Daughter called me from Madison. It took them 6 hours to get there. The roads were pretty bad. She said they finally stopped counting all the semis pulled over to the side of the road! Their diesel starts to gel in this extreme cold and the trucks won't run. She said they were stalled all over the place.

We've gone all the way up to 6 degrees above! Tomorrow it's suppose to be 30. Wow, that'll be almost a 60 degree difference since yesterday.
