Tea time
We have been big tea drinkers for a very long time. My husband traveled in Europe for most of his working career, so he developed the habit of drinking tea early on. I came by it later. We order all of our tea from a tea specialty company that I found on line. We don't use loose tea. We don't use tea bags. You can not get a decent cup of tea in a bag. If you want to PM me I'll give you the name of the tea company. It is superb tea. Tea should never be bitter or acidic. I make my tea in a glass teapot. I heat the water to the temperature that the tea requires (different teas require different temps). Then I measure the tea into the teapot stainless steel strainer and cover it with a tea cosy to keep the water hot while it is steeping the required time (different teas require different times). It is wonderful. I never have had problems once I learned how to properly make it. It did require a few months of experiments with different teas to find our favorites.
