i say, sleep is no small thing... it is a BIG thing, a basic need, like breathing... when it becomes "small," one gets into trouble.
Glad you are finally getting a decent amount of rest. 5 hours is the minimum i need to function. with the other naps tho... that's good. i wish you 5 hours straight each day!
