BGB, you sound like I do. Try to do things for people (my kids and Grandkiddies) and get wiped out, then feel guilty and mad at myself for not being able to do these things anymore.

I have been learning to say no. What else is the choice? They are young and healthy and have to be independent someday. It is time for you and DH. It is hard to do but part of tough love.

They don't understand, unless they wear our shoes for one day. Good luck and feel better.
