Just a thought here.

I dont know much about TN but the heavy bleeding gives me a thought.

I always thought my headaches where caused by hormones because there are hormonal headaches due to the drop ins estrogen.

The last several years my headaches were bad, espcially when I went off the pill. And I found that because of perimenopause and hypothyroidism the bleeding was heavier and the headaches got worse and lasted longer.

Sure some of my headaches could have been hormonal but I found that my iron was extremely low, iron deficiency anemia. One of the signs is a frontal headache.

I know get treated with prescription iron called Repliva and the headcahes have decreased significanly.

Again this was my situation and I dont know much about TN but moght be worth having the doc check your total iron, iron binding capacity, % saturation and ferritin levels.
