i am so sorry you have to move back to the city. i too would be heartbroken if i had to leave our farm. the air is so clean here and the absence of constant noice from cars etc so peaceful. i know when i go to town the stench of auto exhaust, the noise , the rows of houses just seems depressing. i went shopping yesterday and the small crowds just wore me out.

i know i will reach the point where city life will be the only option, but for now i'll stay out here.

get a moving company to come in and pack. you can supervise. make this as simple and easy on yourself as possible.
