I too have non xray/mri definable injuries from a rear-end collision. Four years running with chronic pain and mobility issues, suicidal tendencies rememedied by anti-D's.

Lawyers for the insurance co. are so used to winning..they only worry if the plaintiff has been maimed into a non-human vegetable. BUT...I will not go away A bio-mechanical specialist has engineered/recreated the collision...and shows why I was damaged...while the vehicle (made of steel) was not so bad off!!!!
