your private LDI will normally have a waiver on Life Ins premiums as long as you are disabled you should have recieved a letter. If you didnt contact your employer and/or union rep. Your LDI may also have a company that is employed to do your SSDI so you dont need an Attorney and it doesnt cost you anything. Good luck I am on my second denial because of my age they dont want me on SSDI so the battle goes on. Good Luck
