Listen to dear Doody Tammi, what you need is some more of that 'me' time. You are always doing for everybody else. You need to do something fun for yourself, whatever that is. I know its hard to do sometimes, and guilt can keep us from it, but it is absolutely necessary. So, please get some 'me' time. You help others in the long run by doing that, because then you will be stronger. You have a lot of emotional stuff pulling on you right now and that can also increase the fibro and physical pain cycle. Maybe you could get some extra help at home? more ssss for you.
