If you have endometriosis or even that much pain, see a gyne-oncologist. There is no sense in suffering that bad.
The endometriosis can wrap around other organs and do damage - so take care of it now, do not wait until menopause. I am only 45 but I had a full hyst a couple of years ago due to endometriosis - mine was all over and they had to work on me for hours.
Get yourself to a doctor before it gets into your other organs.
