Hi Erin,
I'm sure in Texas people probably don't often suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, but I really think the time of year has a huge affect on our bodies as well. I'm not sure if it's to do with sunlight hours, or intensity, or just the come down after the holidays but everyone I know seems to be tired out. Obviously you are feeling this more than most at the moment, but i have to agree with Missy on this one - I think it's probably just your body telling you to unwind a bit. This morning I got up, made breakfast for my husband, and then went straight back to bed - I could barely keep my eyes open. I've come to realise that I push myself to get through the week and then crash every weekend. Still - I'll take a day in my pjs anytime. I'm thinking about hibernation..... any scientific evidence on the effects of that and MG?

I hope you feel better soon! Take care,
~Kathy
