just a reminder that the guidelines here call for members to post respectfully to one another and not to let personal disagreements reflect in negative "flame" posts

it is very easy to misinterpret what another has written....one does not have the advantage that face to face conversation conveys and this can often lead to misunderstanding

in addition, adding comments that hold sarcasm etc only results in retaliatory posting and soon a thread deteriorates.

I am requesting too that all remember that no two people necessarily respond the same way to the same test or treatment so lets be mindful of that too
