pray anymore, but KNOW that you and DH [whatever the situations] will be in my mind and heart until further notice.

Each of our own personal spirits and strengths can and do contribute to the fiber of this world!

You get some help here, I sure hope DH can get/is getting help somewhere to help him cope with his problems. We learn here and it is hard, that talking things out, even in words [?] helps get things sorted out and on their way. Not that it really changes anything, just puts perspective on it all.

Just know that you KNOW who you are and where YOU are at. And just go from there. Slither thru this morass as you have slogged thru the medical one? Do NOT for one moment underestimate WHO YOU ARE! or what you are WORTH! You are a valuable person! and never forget that. EVER.
