Or try the little reset button on the modem box-
{a little inset hole area - push it with a paper clip or similar sized thing}
and then reboot computer too?
I have to use the tip of a ballpoint pen. I found out the hard way that you need to hold the reset button in for at least 30 seconds. Then the modem lights flash for quite awhile and the power LED will go on and off while the modem goes through its reset routine. And a computer reboot is needed also.
