i mix coffee and tea

today i had all thsi tea left over so i just mixed the two add ice cream if you want

tea is good to lower cloresterol and cofee is good for depression

some coffee is defintley bad -the cheaper robusta coffee -id avoid it like the plauge and it keeps me awake

the yuban or starbucks type i can even drink at night and usually it wont keep me awake
