My understanding after viewing that demo a few times is that you may have to highlight your text then click the Rich Text button to change it to Plain Text... does that make sense? I wish I had it myself, 'cause then it would be so much easier to test. lol Also take out any extras for the time being ... e.g. signature if you have that. Just till you get it sorted.

ps. Yes, I did read your first message regarding posting to the group, but I was just double checking in case it was a different group. Some groups allow HTML and some don't.
