I have all the symptoms you mentioned also. I just went to the Dr.s again yesterday because a month ago I was told I had low iron and was a 10. Originally I was put on birth control because of a fibroid and told me to take iron supplement. Yesterday they took my blood because I told them I cant even drive 30 miles and hr without getting dizzy and afraid I will pass out. They gave me an iron shot and B12 shot and put me on Repliva. I hope works because now I am so weak that I feel like I will pass out just from walking to much. I go back next week for another blood draw to see if anything has improved. They also mentioned I may need iron infusions. Does anyone know any information on iron infusions? Can you tell me if they work? My last resort they said would be to get a blood transfusion.
