My take on resveratrol is that it may keep your cardiovascular system more healthy--less inflammation in the lining of blood vessels, and hence less athersclerosis.
I don't expect to "feel" much. It is not like a drug you know.
I've only been using it since I started the d-chiro inositol.
Both only for about a month. Too soon to tell much.

I thing the MAGIC PILL is not going to come in our lifetime. But I bet that Donald Trump and Bill Gates would have access to such TECHNOLOGY if it ever did exist.

Well, I clicked on the iherb link and read ALL THE REVIEWS. Seems very good.
One person said you need to take Quercetin because it's a buffer for the liver.
What is this, and why do you need a buffer for the liver (re resveratrol)?
