Heart dear bonnie,
I will pray for you - that doors open with cures / or miracles...
I have trouble getting a good breath sometimes, so hard to breathe
I lay across an ottoman (on my stomach with my knees on the floor and my head hanging over) hope you can picture what I am saying, cuz I can't photograph it / and wont...
this helps so I can stretch the abdominal muscles...
