Thanks for your message with reference to Mrs.D's Dextromorphan Post...

I edited my Post too much and think I lost what I was trying to get across...sorry about that.....

My focus, at the moment, is on PN people's use of Supplements, not Meds or Painkillers or remedies similar to Dextromethorphan....this is not an "anti-Meds" thing....it's just down to focusing on one area first...Supplements in the collective sense...not necessarily one Supplement in particular....My PN is non-Diabetic, non-Med caused...was physically triggered....

I'm just trying to get Feedback Posts from anyone who has had any success in dealing with the Reduction of Limb or other Numbness.....I'm interested mainly in the use of Supplements, as described below (but open to hearing about any method......)
I'm just putting aside other Symptoms for the moment...not discounting the severe Pain that so many PN people are dealing with...meds are so necessary for so many people in the bigger picture...just focusing on Numbness reduction first....

That's it, basically...I intend to try the Supplements and see what happens...but still very interested to hear from the experience of others...

If I could free-up my left-arm, hand and fingers plus right hand fingers, from the intense, Heavy Numbness......just to get my "pickin'" going again...I'd settle for that.....
