I am trying to eat healthier, the past few days getting a start. been playing Wii games, is fun..and feeling it in muscles. Hubby just ordered the Wii Fit. Which I think I will like, there is yoga on there. Also downhill skiiing...you use a board you stand on and balance on it I think. might be good for the body.
