I wish I knew how to make tofu from soybeans, it's getting costly to purchase.

I wish all the guns in the world would suddenly evaporate. *poof*

I wish the tax breaks for the very wealthy would end, so that schools, public hospitals, bridges, levees, roads, libraries and public utilities' infrastructure repairs could be funded.

I wish for Universal or Single-Payer Healthcare for all US Citizens.

I wish for an *end* to the harmful deregulation and lax oversight, outsourcing, offshore tax-havens, corporate cronyism, corporate lobbyists, corporate greed, obscenely massive bonuses, and most of all, an end to the revolving door betwixt the government and the corporations they're supposed to REGULATE.

I wish for the economy to revive itself out of this horrible slump, and for a cessation of the obstinate obstructionism that's blocking recovery efforts.

I wish for a swift return of the Rule of Law, Habeas Corpus, Posse Comitatus, and obedience to International Treaties.

ALL selfish wishes, because I want to see America be beautiful, strong, proud, and prosperous again...
