Hi,
I make brown rice bread with no additional starches and love it. Just:
3 cups brown rice flour
1 and 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon each yeast, vinegar, xanthum gum, methylcellulose from energ (optional) and 3 tablespoons sugar
Adjust fluid so it is a bit thicker than pudding.
