Default Exercise questions...

So from what I have read, exercise is so very important for PN. Can someone reassure me again that just because I feel pain during and after exercise, it isn't hurting my PN or causing it to spread? Is walking the best exercise for PN? Does it help prevent some balance problems? What would be the best exercise for arms and hands when it comes to PN?

The day before yesterday, I walked up and down the streets of San Francisco with my hubby and some friends. I just wanted to be as normal as possible and now, a couple of days later, I am getting some scary, horrid pains. I was worried I might of made the PN worse. I also know that I have to keep things in balance between getting the proper excercise, and not way over doing it....ouch!
